Supply chain traceability and carbon accounting are increasingly central to corporate ESG strategy, regulatory compliance and stakeholder reporting. Rottrix provides the documentation, data and systems to support clients in meeting these requirements.

Product Traceability

Every product supplied by Rottrix can be traced back to its origin through a chain of documented records — supplier certificates, batch analysis records, shipping documentation and sustainability declarations. For ISCC-certified products, full mass balance documentation is maintained as required by the ISCC standard, allowing clients to claim sustainability attributes for their own products and reporting.

For green coffee, traceability extends to the cooperative or farm level for speciality grades and to the country and washing station level for commercial grades. Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary certificate and export licence documentation confirm the provenance of every shipment.

Carbon Footprint Data

Rottrix can provide lifecycle GHG emission data for our bio-based products, calculated in accordance with RED II Annex V methodology. For ISCC-certified alcohols and biochemicals, GHG savings versus the fossil fuel comparator are documented on the sustainability declaration. Clients can use this data directly in their scope 3 reporting under GHG Protocol frameworks.

For green coffee, estimated carbon footprint data by origin and processing method is available to support client scope 3 Category 1 (purchased goods) calculations. Data is based on published lifecycle assessment (LCA) studies and is provided as a best-estimate.

ESG Reporting Support

Our documentation package can be configured to support client ESG reports, supplier questionnaires and regulatory submissions. We can provide summary sustainability statements, certificate copies, GHG data tables and product origin maps on request.
