Product Sampling
Structured sampling process for product validation, approval and quality assurance before procurement.
Before committing to a bulk purchase, clients can request certified product samples to validate quality, sensory profile, specification compliance and suitability for their end application. Rottrix operates a structured sampling workflow designed to provide accurate, representative samples promptly and with full documentation.
For liquid commodities — including ethanol grades, neutral alcohols, IPA, bio chemicals and bulk spirits — we dispatch samples in UN-approved glass or HDPE bottles (typically 500 mL to 1 L), accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Samples are drawn from the same production batch or lot as the proposed shipment, ensuring representativeness.
For green coffee, we can provide green samples (pre-shipment) and roasted reference samples. Samples are typically shipped in vacuum-sealed bags of 300–500 g per origin or grade, with origin documentation and cup score information where available.
Bulk spirit samples include producer certificates of age, distillery information and sensory tasting notes. Whiskey and rum samples are provided at shipment strength unless dilution is requested.
Sample requests can be initiated through our inquiry form or directly with your Rottrix account manager. Standard sample dispatch time is 3–5 business days for European destinations and 7–10 business days internationally, subject to export documentation requirements.
