Packaging Solutions

The correct packaging choice is critical to maintaining product quality, regulatory compliance and cost efficiency. Rottrix offers a comprehensive range of bulk and intermediate packaging formats tailored to each product type, destination requirement and customer specification.

For liquid commodities — including ethanol, neutral alcohol, IPA, bio chemicals and bulk spirits — we offer ISO tank containers (20ft and 24,000 L capacity), flexitanks (fitted inside 20ft dry containers, up to 24,000 L), IBC containers (1,000 L HDPE or stainless steel), and 205 L drums in UN-approved specification. Packaging selection depends on volume, product reactivity, ADR classification and destination regulatory requirements.

For green coffee, we supply 60 kg jute bags (standard commercial grade), GrainPro or Ecotact vacuum-sealed bags for speciality grade preservation (reducing oxygen exposure and moisture ingress), and bulk container loads for high-volume roasters. We can also arrange palletised and shrink-wrapped presentation for retail-ready or warehouse handling.

All packaging solutions comply with relevant UN, ADR, IMDG (sea), IATA (air) and destination country import regulations. We provide full packaging specification documentation, including UN approval references, maximum fill weights and handling instructions.
